I have been wearing Sambas for 30 years! I own about 12 pairs of trainers (six adidas) and i still have a pair of Sambas on there last legs which must be 15 years old and a pair of blue suede's which are 11. Must get myself another pair of the suede ones soon!

Them boys were ahead of their time, they used to travel to Germany and return with the most fanatastic trainers and would still get £50 a pair for them even back then.

Some of you boys are proper clued up... apart from my 39 year obsession with CITY, my next obsession is vintage/oldskool adi classics if any one has more than 93 pairs, then challenge me..... full doffage to ed68 etc... soz to warpig, but nike cameltoe have gotta be worst 'trainees' of all time!!!!! please mr adi, bring back KORSIKA!!!!! I know you don't get many rag comments downstairs...but I could be a mod, with the amount of time i've spent viewing this site from afar over the last two years....CTID
