Draws are all right before February....you definitely don't want them in a title race.No, when you need to win its an appalling result.
How did we attract such spoilt f*ckers to our club , we used to take the piss out of the Rags for the plastic glory hunter lightweight fans , now we have cunts moaning about a shit season because we only won two cups , our fan base is becoming toxic. Luckily match going fans are totally different , we do have a moan from time to time but we appreciate where our club has come from , up the Blues.

We’re not good enough.The shite refereeing has had an impact mate. It has decided games and we didn’t have the quality to get past that (not that we should have to). No qualms with the rest.

I'd say its more a case of just keeping up pace with the 'runners and riders' until around the end of February ... then 'teeth are bared', and it starts to get serious.

if we had been shit for most of the season we would have lost more games than we won and would be in mid-table and no trophies , out of the Champs league and not one player in the Premier league team of the season.
None of the above happened , we have been excellent for the majority of the season but not as good as previous title winning teams , but also a huge improvement on 24/25 , thats the reality
We have by are standards made a pigs ear of it.
6 transfer windows where we haven't replaced Kyle, KDB, Gundo, or FFS.

If I've said it once I've said it loads of times.Yeah - Erling would just hate playing in a team that's coached to break at pace, wouldn't he?
I lost count of the times that we could have broken - then stopped, allowing them to regroup. Getting on for 2 years of that, now.
It frightening the amount of times I see teams win the ball back against us on the edge of their own box, and within 10 passes are creating good chances, getting shots off or scoring.
6 passes Bournemouth took to score tonight from winning possesion on the edge of their box.
I'd wager a lot of goals conceded this season have a similar pattern.
We usually get away with it with our firepower up front. Now we aren't as lethal it shows.
Some of the players we've brought in are miles off it technicallyThey've struggled all season to play out of the back away from home when pressured. Maybe Rodri back close to 100% helps but that's got to be the No. 1 priority. This team will score goals. It's the build up and transitions that are issue.

You've WAY over simplified it to suit your narrative. It doesn't have to be one or the other. It doesn't have to be 'we've not been good enough', or 'we've been done by many poor decisions'. It can be (and absolutely is) both.Some absolute bollocks being spouted on here. VAR, referees, blah blah blah.
Simple: we’ve not been good enough over 38 games to win the league.
Arsenal have.
Our squad is good. Nothing more.
It will win a lot of games. As a good squad will.
But it’s not a very good/ great squad like we’ve had previously.

Bodo, leverkusen, Brighton, Villa , Forrest, united, spurs, West Ham , Newcastle, Sunderland, Chelsea, to name but a few - a good team, nothing more.
I'll get it out of the way now, we've lost this league mainly because we've not been good enough to win it.
However, you cannot deny the sheer amount of questionable (pivotal) decisions that have gone against us directly or indirectly. The disallowed West Ham goal was the absolute pinnacle, along with the Havertz full studded stamp without going for a ball that was reviewed and deemed fine by VAR. There are many many others too. Even tonight, the immediate offside flag for Erling, the missing minutes at the end.

We’ve finished 2nd in the league. Won 2 cups. We’re The league’s highest goal scorers and we have the 2nd best defensive record in the league. Shit team and good riddance Pep !Fuck me. What a way to give up the fight. Fight to the end? Nah. Go out with a tepid, non-existent whimper.
Domestic double and a fresh change coming in the Summer might do us good.
That tonight was another in a long line of poor performances where we look void of genuine ideas of goal threat all while being wide open at the back. Absolutely bereft of any fight. I don’t want to hear anything about us being fortunate to get this far and get it to the penultimate game of the season - so? We did and should’ve done better with certain games across the whole season.
Personally, I love the guy but equally I think it’s the right time for Pep to leave - the fight in the side doesn’t seem to be there and nor does the genuine tactical nous to open up defences. Fresh ideas needed all round to breathe life and reinvigoration into the players.
I’d say Arsenal are deserved champions but Christ they’re a painful watch and if they’re a sign of being the best side in the country then I don’t want to see direction of how football is going.
Onto Sunday. Onto next season.
A lot of changes needed in the Summer IMO - big changes and it’s a huge Summer for Viana.
Certain players need moving on. Aren’t good enough and not sure they ever will be.
TBH I’ll be happy with that from now on. We’ll never hit the heights of the last decade consistently.
Oh yeah agree I’ll be happy with what we won before pep! What was it a fa cup a league under Mancini and a league cup league under Pelegrini in what was it 7/8 years?

OK I never thought for one moment going back to Nov/Dec that we would ever end up as PL runners up and more so winning two major trophies.
A season of ups and downs and well done Pep for an amazing season that was so near yet so far.
Tonight we were awful in that first half and I for one was very disappointed with a lot of the players, but its been a long hard slog, so I have to say well done Pep and the players, but maybe a change is needed, but WOW what a wonderful decade
