According to this, he's the 5th quickest player to reach 50 goals in PL. But doesn't he have the most goals ever per minute in PL (50 goals+), and should therefore be the quickest?

Yesterday while the game was on they said the fastest ever to reach 50 goals, in just 80 matches.

Others will have had better goals per minute ratios which then subsequently declined when they were scoring less frequently. For instance Torres' goals per minute will have declined massively from his first two seasons at Liverpool.

Thanks, that must be it. Didn't think of that.

This, plus also I think the '5th quickest player' might be done by games not minutes. So if he came on for 5 minutes at the end it might not hurt his minutes to goal ratio if he didn't score, but it would hurt his appearances to goals ratio. Not sure if that's what's happened, just another suggestion.

Correction to OP
Aguero BEST to reach 50 goals.
English isn't my first language, and it says 'quickest' in the article. I'm sorry.
