I'm sure they have done the 3 ref thing hence the charge then gave us time to respond,we are contesting it and it will go to an independent panel tomorrow,anyhow we should know something late tomorrow(sky say tomorrow)

Apparently ex Rag Dermot Gallagher is backing our decision believing Marriner saw the incident sorry if already posted.

Good Mariner should be demoted then, or sent to a special hearing of specsavers at least.
