Aguero banned for three games (updated)

Just because the ref was incompetent doesn't mean Sergio didn't do it. Can't really complain if he gets a ban.

ha....what a surprise..

the media went into overdrive the moment the match finished

the ref is lying (simple as that) if he says he didn't see it...what he is actually saying is that he saw it but didn't think anything of it at the time but because the media and cunts like quinn have been all over it since then the easiest thing to do is say i didn't see it instead of saying no i don't agree with you or you are wrong or admit that he made the wrong call at the time and that he should have done something about it then.....absolutely spineless form the ref and just denying any responsibility for his actions by making excuses.

and as for the likes of quinn he should be banned from city for life....I cannot stand the guy and his bias against city is undeniable..Id love to meet him face to face and tell him and see him try and argue it cause he is also thick as fuck!

Sergio was a tit for doing it but for marriner to say he didn't see it fucking stinks. No surprise at all though, we've been here several times before.

People here seem to be forgetting that it's Aguero's fault, not anyone else's. Of course he was going to get banned - he tried to elbow an opponent!

Hardly a big shock but it is the blatant one rule for every other club than Utd that sticks in the craw.

What gets me is how does Richard Keys know this hours ago someone at the FA is talking
Because he's at the head of one of the world's biggest sports channels and knows every manager and half the ex refs in and around the game.

No ones arguing about that its the inconstancies by the fa and trail by tv that is always against our players.

No point blaming the ref or the FA. There is only one person to blame and I hope pep reads him the riot act.

bollox

the ref should have made the call at the time....he is lying simple as and should have done something about it then and there...the ref is not accepting responsibility for making a wrong call or hasn't got the balls to disagree with the media witch hunt from the likes of that scum bag quinn

Probably closer to the truth .

Can't say it wasn't unexpected and, if that had been Costa, Fellaini etc we'd have expected them to get charged. Quite how Marriner can claim not to have seen it from 5 yards is the second question the FA should be asking and, if Sergio gets 3 games, how many should Marriner get? On a positive note, we've more than enough to deal with Man U with or without Sergio and, if we haven't got a clue how Pep will line up without him, neither has Mourinho which might be to our advantage!

Sergio Dumb Aguero

Anyone thinking he won't be a huge miss is deluded

Would take a Mourinho-stifled borefest draw right now

Bent! Who cares we got nacho!

he aint ready mate....I know this will annoy a lot of people but he just isn't good enough at present to lead the line ....he was very poor playing against steau in his only start...

At present he is a superb impact sub but that is about it

ute's defence will be breathing a big sigh of relief and they have one less problem to worry about as competing against nacho is far easier than competing against auger
