Aguero considering Law Suit against Barcelona

Barcelona would be stupid to try to keep him under these circumstances. Maybe NYC would be the best destination for him? Get him back in the CFG.
Troyes in Ligue 1 maybe?

NYCFC have all 3 designated player spots filled so either Agüero would have to come in on a very low salary or they would have to sell or buy down the contract of one of their 3 current DPs. I'm not sure how possible that is right now in the middle of the MLS season.

That’s the contract but I don't think they have been able to register the new players yet. Because La Liga won't let them increase the wage bill above 70% of club revenue. Unless they manage to sell or cancel current roster signings, they won't be able to play.

He could argue that Barcelona negotiated in bad faith and rip up the contract if he can't play.
Correct. Same with Garcia and Memphis dePie

i think memphis depay has played in pre-season for them ??

Don't think he will have a leg to stand on in court, it's unlikely he's got that in his contract just more lies he's been sold but unfortunately that's not illegal.

Maybe barca can offer him a mutual termination if they're still fucked but that migtt not be advantageous to them if they've got him on relatively low wages.

Sergio doesn't deserve to be dragged into their shitshow, let him out and allow him the last few years he deserves. Just don't sign for PSG or come back to the Premier league. I hear Italy is nice, inter might need a striker.

Freesergio!
