Aguero In, Tevez Out...

I actually think we will definitely get Aguero, don't care where Tevez goes as long as they cough up £40m +. Aguero & Nasri, then we're basically done!! We also need to have some trust in Joleon Lescott, outstanding last season!
He can play in the group stages of CL and against teams like Norwich, Wigan, and other lower end runts. But against good teams who actually have the knowledge, discipline and enough moxi to defend all day and strike on counters? I'd rather have a better CD.

thats widly considered whats going to happen... so why dont we just cut out the middle man and swap Tevez (£50m) for Aguero (£45m)?

Tevez moves somewhere warmer, his family would probably move to Spain... & we get Aguero! WIN WIN ALL ROUND!?

Wages

Well he is going somewhere

If only things were this simple and we could just do a swap but things never work out like that. If i had to bet i'd say its gonna end up Tevez to corinthians circa £40m and Aguero to city for roughly the same. Then all we have to do is tie up a deal for nasri and we look set for the start of the season.

Has anybody figured out where Corinthians found £35m to bid with?

straight swap deals very rarely happen due to the agents. Agents make there money (well the majority at least) on sign on fees and transfer stakes. Kia would gain nowt by a straight swap plus his client would be on less wages so potentially he is out of pocket.
Im slightly worried about the tevez situation, kia isnt a fool (a tw@t yes but a fool no) and if there were no offers accepted by city i can see him pushing for a eauropean tribunal which could be a game changer when it comes to footballers contractual value (just like bosman a few years back). We need to sell (not at a ridiculously low value) but it needs to be a practical amount with clauses galore in the contract that states sell on values and non premier league transfers
