If he was insured, his insurance will pay. If he wasn't he's a ****. Either way, I'm not going to waste my time giving him a second thought.Might do but anyone who has ever sat behind the wheel of a car has made a mistake, too.
I'm not excusing his driving, by the way. He had a responsibility and he was remiss in his duty of care etc etc.
I'm just pointing out that in six weeks time we'll have our centre forward back and his world will still be up in a heap. I suspect some people will take a malicious pleasure in that fact but personally, I'm not given to revelling in any working man's misfortune.
