Aguero injured after a car accident in the Netherlands

Might do but anyone who has ever sat behind the wheel of a car has made a mistake, too.
I'm not excusing his driving, by the way. He had a responsibility and he was remiss in his duty of care etc etc.
I'm just pointing out that in six weeks time we'll have our centre forward back and his world will still be up in a heap. I suspect some people will take a malicious pleasure in that fact but personally, I'm not given to revelling in any working man's misfortune.
If he was insured, his insurance will pay. If he wasn't he's a ****. Either way, I'm not going to waste my time giving him a second thought.

I agree.
I'm not sure why you think I don't.
I'm just can't be arsed getting into some sort of self-righteous, 'fuck him' state of mind about it. In the grand scheme of things the consequences could have been much worse and he deserves to be punished. However, they weren't much worse and I'll be saving my self-righteousness - I have loads, by the way (-: - for some other day.
I'm quite happy to use up my daily allowance of self righteousness.

Ok, lol. So you think anyone on here cares about his insurance premium....
The question was asked what would become of the driver. I answered it.
Not sure what your problem is with that but, much like yourself and the driver, I really don't care if anybody does or doesn't.

Whatever mate, no point going round in circles.

I think it was pretty obvious Karen was questioning whether he was being prosecuted due to the nature of the driving, you then answered by discussing his insurance and future career prospects. To me it still reads like a post that no one really cares about and didn't need to see, you'll no doubt disagree, lol.

;-)

I think it's my fault. Anybody reading my post could be forgiven for thinking I was pleading for sympathy for the driver. I'm not, obviously. I mean I take no pleasure in seeing anybody possibly/probably lose his livelihood but ultimately he's lucky that he and/or his passengers didn't lose their lives.
