Aguero injured after a car accident in the Netherlands

I wasn't implying that you were a rag, I think some of the people who have been banned for things they have posted on here today are though. Having a hissy fit because someone has been injured in a car crash, because we might not win a few games of football is not good though.
We all get carried away at times - love football too much maybe - at then end of the day far more important things like you say such as your health. Maybe I was wrong because Adrian Durham on Talksport has exactly the same view as me - now I am seriousley worried that maybe i was wrong !!

I don't doubt your credentials as a blue but some people have a different opinion of what a footballer should do in downtime. To jump on a plane to Amsterdam is like getting a bus to Manchester for some people. It's no big deal;. You say we aim to be like Madrid. Have a Google search how many times Ronaldo has flown to Morocco to see his "friend" for example, in the season when he has a day off.

I've said it before in this thread that to enforce a ban on players going out to gigs or restaurants would be counter productive and cause resentment, boredom and would go against his wellbeing. He's had an accident, it's unfortunate but it could have happened anywhere.

Its very rare you see City players in the press for the wrong reasons, except Sterling who is obviously a twat for buying his mum a house, shopping in Poundland and having a dirty car. This trip would never have been on the radar aside from the crash. We should be thankful he is okay.
Fair point - we all love City - just do not want us to lose out to the Rags this season !!

He already has won the league, twice. Doubt he needs lectures from you on how to succeed at the very top or how to conduct himself as a professional. It happened at 11pm at night, not 3am, which would suggest to me he was going home at a pretty sensible hour. Unless you know what all of our players get up to on their days off and what they were all doing at 11pm last night, then you'd be better off holding off casting judgments.

Spot on. And let's not forget that 11pm in Holland is only 10pm UK time. He'd have been home and in bed not long after midnight if the accident hadn't happened.
Some of the comments from our own fans today have been nothing short of a disgrace. I'll admit that when I first heard about this after getting up at around 5.30am this morning, that I - like many blues upon first hearing about it - selfishly thought of the impact on the team but it didn't take too long before my concern switched to Aguero himself. To still be reading the kind of shit I'm reading now about an accident that could've just as easily happened on Ashton Old Road and was no fault of his own is utterly inexcusable.

City should insist these guys lie on feather beds 24 hours on rest days, supping pasta and chicken smoothies through a straw. Daily Mirror crosswords would be permitted for recreational purposes but strictly no sex unless either self-administered or with their own wives.

Agree, accident can happen anywhere- on the way to training etc.and most improtant thing is, he is relatively ok. Even with no accident, would not change my view - that 2 big games in 5 days you rest. No midweek game then fine, if he had not played tuesday night then fine. If he was poor on saturday and then it came to light he had been at a concert on Thursday night then he would still have put himself in an awkward place. Still love him, and lets hope he is back soon - need his goals!!!!!!!CTID

So...Aguero says it's a broken rib singular...

That can't be more than 5/6 weeks right?
