A friend of mine is working on the South Tower at the end of Deansgate and Sergio was there a few weeks ago as he’s bought 2 apartments that are to be converted into 1. He insisted on getting one that he could see the Etihad from and apparently they’re not going to be ready for at least another 18 months, so hopefully will be here a good while longer yet.
