Of course it isn't guaranteed but it is extremely likely given his current form (and his ability). He has 7 goals in his last 7 league games so 8 in 21 doesn't seem to difficult of a target.

I don't know about it not being mentioned - have seen plenty of references to his goals per game in the media. It's always a bit qualified with (the truth) "think what he could have achieved if he stayed fit".
