Sergio Aguero's return to full fitness looked to have suffered a setback on Thursday when he stayed down following an Aleksandar Kolarov tackle during a Manchester City training session.

The Argentinean striker has only started 73 games in three years at City, after suffering injuries in every season he has been at the club.

He appeared to be getting back to full fitness with two goals in the first two games of this campaign, so boss Manuel Pellegrini will be hoping the knock turns out be nothing serious

Just to confirm to anyone picking up the news of Aguero's injury from the Daily Mail that it's been confirmed as bollocks - Aguero is fine and fit for the squad on Saturday. There is another thread on this apparent injury but I just thought I would quosh any rumours on here too

Does anyone else think that he is the key to winning almost everything if we can keep him fit? Absolutely lethal in front of goal and judging by that list circulating at the moment it's a matter of time before his joins the rest lifting this...
