Not for me, I play football, but I took up running about a year ago, for most people its just as big as having the world cup here.

Is it fuck.

I have to agree the world cup is on a whole other level compared to the Olympics.

Olympics is a once in your lifetime to host it. I would of loved it to be here in Ireland but we could never afford it. Even when we were booming we couldnt afford it.

What I will be looking forward to is all in the boxing ring. Think the Irish boxing team will win a rake load of medals. I feel they will have to avoid the UK fighters as if other Olympics are to go by the host nations always get the close fights with the home crowd swaying the scorers. Think Ireland will medal and there will be a few golds from the ring with Katie Taylor and Joe Ward if he gets there taking the Gold home. Along with medals by a couple of other fighters.

Be greatfull that you got it as you will never see it again in your lifetime hosted in the UK.

Could you name an interesting footballer apart from Balotelli? There aren't many.

Interested in how they do? I have apathy towards the olympics in the same way I do to tennis and other sports but always want the British to do well.

Keri Anne Payne is from Heywood (born in S Africa and I've never seen her in town but what the hell) so I will take interest in her. And not just in a pervy way.

Jessica Ennis When I do actually work I sometimes work on BAM sites and a site agent is her Boyfriend. So I really hope she does well. Get to hear about her a bit.

Eleanor Simmonds the Dwarf swimmer. Remember her win last time. She came from way behind to win and I was well happy for her so hope she does well.

And the Paralympians in general. Because lets face it they have to overcome a lot more to achieve their goals.

Don't think we should have football in the games as we already have a world class competition for it.

As i said i will watch our athletes anytime I can and hope they win.

I work for the Yorkshire side when I do. All their main gaffers are from Yorkshire. Done Bradford college, Selby college, Selby hospital, a few jobs for Sheffield Uni. Currently waiting to get back on Hull police station.
