Aguero has a lower release clause in his contract and would certinly address the speed and width issues.

Being realistic at this late stage....
- Aaron Lennon (maybe SWP swap deal and money).
- Matt Phillips (Blackpool bench warmer but looks very impressive when he gets game time).
- Ashley Young (Iffy about him though, doesn't seem to get past a man before being taken out of the game by the right back. Free kick winner).
- Chris Brunt (Great left foot, but not the quickest of players).
It would take a massive effort to get A-List at this stage, so i'd rather go for home grown who will take to the league from game one than risk someone from foreign climbs.

The Guardian has named Sanchez and Young as possible targets, though with nothing to back it up, so they're probably just picking names out of the air like we are

With Mario carrying a bad injury as well ade rsc and possibly swp gone our squad is looking very light weight cover wise for a club still challenging on 3 fronts.
We have no cover for our forwards or silva at the moment and no Jo does not count FFS no width at all just a total disaster. You cant bring in A listers on the last day of the window doubtful we will get anyone in at this stage IMO. 20 million for Ashley young maybe he's running his contract down Liverpool only offered 12 million for him.

Landon Donovan on a 6 month loan deal would be a good option.

please Sanchez...... he can even be cover for Balo or another striker if they were to get hurt....not that i think he is first team worthy just saying....hopefully marwood is looking and i just convinced him ha.
