Thought the following Article by Ian Herbert may be of interest. Covers a lot of topics.
Really looking forward to the coming couple of weeks especially the Derby. Utd need beating and I think its high time we had some luck against them.
Johnson a derby doubt after picking up injury in training

The Manchester City winger Adam Johnson will miss Sunday's FA Cup trip to Notts County and is a doubt for next week's league visit to Birmingham City after he was removed from training on a stretcher yesterday.
Johnson will undergo scans today on a leg injury which, if it is as serious as it looked, could put his presence in next month's Manchester derby at risk. It may also make City less willing to release Shaun Wright-Phillips on loan to Fulham, though the prospects of that are receding fast with the player's personal demands a problem and the west London side showing no inclination to agree to a £3.8m option to buy.
The loss of 23-year-old Johnson is a blow to the City manager, Roberto Mancini, for whom he has been a threat throughout this season, scoring six times in 16 starts. With City seeking a buyout option in their loan deals, the Wright-Phillips move had seemed in some jeopardy in any case, but the loss of Johnson for any period of time would make them even less likely to move on an individual who has made no secret of his belief that he is underpaid at Eastlands. Bolton Wanderers are also interested in Wright-Phillips.
Emmanuel Adebayor passed up the opportunity to become the latest City reject to launch a verbal assault on the club at an introductory press conference, when he was presented by his new club Real Madrid yesterday. "I'm a footballer and what I need is to play football, to be out there on the pitch," Adebayor said.
"I don't think there's a lot of things wrong [at City.] Right now [Mancini has] lost confidence in me. He doesn't have any confidence in me any more and he has decided to choose other players, so for me I'm very happy to be back again on the football pitch with Real Madrid and [have] the chance to play football again."
