You booked it the right way round coz my mate is crying because he can't get on the Day trip.. Sold out whilst he messed about!! There's no way of getting there now but plenty of tickets left..

A 3am wake up for me or sleep at the airport. Anyone slept at Manchester Airport before?

Yep, slept at the airport before a very early flight to Dublin for the Europa League final last year. There is a row of chairs in the terminal that Aer Lingus fly from (1?), not exactly immense comfort but crucially, they don't have arm rests, so can properly stretch out for some shut eye. Can get quite cold so have a jacket handy!

Yeah I'd have to catch the 3.38 train from Liverpool. Bit of sleep on there and on the plane could be OK

Do you think 6,400 points will get Ajax tickets? Have provisionally held 2 places with Thomas Cook but they only 'book' you on of you hit the points criteria. Would rather go with Spike for the craic but unsure whether my points will be enough.

texas pete i am sure you will get on the tc trip with those points .. i managed to do a tc trip to porto with 2900 points so i dont think you have any worries . i also booked onto the same trip to ajax and dortmond with tc .
must say they are very well organised ...... i would prefer to go on spikes trip though tbh but i cant risk goin to europe away games with no ticket as i take my young un with me
