They should have an enforced forfeit of the game. A forfeited game is a 3-0 scoreline regardless of what it’s forfeited for.

Forfeited games through not being able to field at least 7 players or having 5 players sent off, for example, results in a 3-0 forfeit. So this by not being able to carry on with the game should be a 3-0 forfeit.
