I don't think any manager will be able to solve the problems we have in the CL, it's a personnel issue.

We have a big, heavy and slow team. It works in the PL. But most of the European teams have quick, technically gifted midfields, even clubs from less prestigious leagues.

This team will struggle in Europe because they have no balance.

People are too quick to lay all the blame on the manager. At some point the players have to take responsibility and today they simply have not. Both goals completely avoidable.
