ok let me explain this
we have 7 emarates , abu dhabi is the biggest and where the money is , about 90% of oil prodution in abu dhabi and all alnahyan family in it
then dubai 2nd where almaktoom family
i dont think uae going into shut down , if you remmber last year a family member of the alnahyan family died of air plan crashed and it didnt go into shut down for days
UAE go into shut down if HIGH member of alnahyan or almaktoon dies
so never mind the news , they only going to pull down the flag for 3 days maxuimam

Ajay had said that the deals for 8 players had already been signed by the board 2 nights ago which would suggest that the wirk on their side of the table is done so there should be no reason other than PR for the deals to be delayed. If the rest of what has been said is true. Good news emerging about Villa though, fingers crossed!
