The club probably are waiting to see how far we get but even if we get to the final, that's on July 13th so over a month before the start of the season.
Although they’ll all go on holiday at the end of the CWC. They usually give them 3 weeks off after an international competition but they might look to shorten that a bit. If they reach the final they’ll probably only have time to fit in one friendly before the PL starts

Expect an almost full XI change

Ortega

Nunes
Khusnanov
Josko
Ait Nouri

Nico
Gundo
Silva

Echeverri
Haaland
Bobb

When Sheikh Mansour’s City faces Al Ain FC—a club long supported and led by his brothers, including Sheikh Hazza, Sheikh Tahnoun, and UAE President Sheikh Mohamed—it becomes more than just a football match. It’s a rare family affair played out on the global stage, where sibling rivalry meets sporting prestige, and the pitch becomes a symbol of power, pride, and ambition within the ruling Al Nahyan dynasty.

Yep, the Chairman of Al Ain FC is Sheik Mansour's older brother and the President of the club is another older brother.

116 incoming.

I was born on the exact same day as Sheikh Mansours eldest brother Mohammed but I don't think he was born in St Marys and plus I'm potless so there the similarity ends unfortunately.

You could claim you were switched at birth..they might have a spare 100 grand under their deck chair to keep you quiet!

Common scenario for those of us in the southern hemisphere countries.
Nothing to do with being southern hemisphere mate. South Africans are only an hour ahead.

But I’m on the same time zone as western Oz and I’m in the northern hemisphere and often have to get up at 3am and 4am for matches (or midnight last week).
