Imo, Pep will make several changes.

Can see Gvardiol at LCB with Dias or Akanji at RCB. If Gvardiol is rested then Ake at LCB.

Think our best attack currently is Marmoush, Haaland and Doku, but Pep might include Foden or Cherki from the start. Cherki is a fantastic option from the bench if we need a creative spark.

If Rodri feels good, he may start again but wouldn't be surprised if we gave him only 20 minutes or so.

Bernardo might be replaced by Gundo or Foden.

Much depends on how Pep sees AlH's weaknesses. If they try a low block, then Foden or Cherki in for Bernie is more likely.
 
They have some decent former european top league players, but i think it will be a pretty straightforward win for city. 3:0 or 3:1

Channel 5 listings show a CWC match at this time. Teams not mentioned but hopefully that's just them needing to update the schedule now the group stages have finished.

I saw elsewhere that they have our last 16, and potentially QF (8pm Friday). They have the other semi though, so it'll be DAZN for that one if we get that far.

Actually the basic DAZN picture was ok. Seems an absence of replays of some key moments but good enough for free! Pop up to sign up for premium is annoying as covers the action for a while but hey Ho.

It’s not ideal is it? I’m consoling myself with the thought that conditions for an evening kickoff are a lot more forgiving for the players, especially against a Saudi team for whom heat won’t be a huge issue.
Should we win, QF and (should we progress further) games beyond that will all be at 8pm UK time.
 
Look at that poll, not one blue predicting we will lose have to go back a while for that, the confidence is back, Rodri is back, I can see us battering Al Hilal and then Chelsea or whoever comes next. Roll on 25/26, City are back.

Yes - I'd already used the app on the tv as our games against Hammerby and St Polten in the women's CL were on last year.

Tip> The pop-up is annoying, but if you press "back-up" on your remote it'll disappear immediately.
