A better team than most think. About the standard of Ajax.

No; I didn't watch that game. I've watched precious little of the tournament that we're not involved in. It hasn't grabbed me yet; maybe the knockout stages will. It's the same with World Cups and European Championships, to be honest. And the old format of the CL. The group games were largely a bit meh. But it has to be acknowledged that it's been fantastic for developing our team, and helping the new lads to settle in. I don't think Pep ever underestimates teams. And I've said on here many times; respect the opposition, but don't fear them. Which I stand by.Did you watch the Real Madrid game v Al Hilal?
Excellent standard of football from both sides.
Al Hilal were very creative and solid in defence, some lovely one touch play.
Overall game was a draw but many said Al Hilal would be disappointed not to win it.
We definitely should not underestimate them.
Someone who can read. Thank you.JH's final sentence implies the same.
Looks good to me. They need a rest. Next Round should be much tougher.............Ortega..........
Nunes Dias ...Ake O'Rielly
..........Gonzales.........
......Foden Gundogan....
Cherki Haaland Marmoush
I think we'd struggle without Rodri, Rjjjnders and AitNouri but they probably need to rest.
Ain't nouri plays I reckonLooks good to me. They need a rest. Next Round should be much tougher.
I remember trying to watch it, but, it was fogged off.Anyone remember the Likley Lads episode? An absolute classic with no technology involved.
Money isn’t everything, living in some soulless desertWouldn't you change your employer a couple of years before you retire if they doubled your wages and it was tax free?
Don't even have to live there, most live in Bahrain or Dubai but you didn't answer my questionMoney isn’t everything, living in some soulless desert
People do in a lot of industries, often secondments for 2 year but end up staying longer.Don't even have to live there, most live in Bahrain or Dubai but you didn't answer my question
It's a pity Lewis is suspended, I'd have had him in and give Mateus a rest. Also, if Bobb is fit enough, I'd have him in instead of Gundogan. The rest, though, is fair enough.............Ortega..........

The wages footballers are being offered to play out there, are massive. Wasn't rat face offered £750.000 a week, tax free?People do in a lot of industries, often secondments for 2 year but end up staying longer.
The wages aren't massively more but it is tax free so money in the bank is at least double, and compound life is a bit like an upmarket Butlins with its own amateur potato vodka/gin distillers and grape juice vineyard.
It isn't really possible to answer unless you have been offered it and shown around KSA. If your employer has a deal with the Government there, rather than get punished for a "crime" there you just get 48 hours to leave and back to your old job with a pay increase.
Think it will be 45 each again for him and marmoush. You'd expect Haaland to start if we are rotating
In the opposite end of the stadium this time - block P47. Similar view and same row as Juventus match.
Think we will beat them by a couple of goals.
Now wish I had booked to stay a bit longer.
Bet you're living your best life at the moment a proverbial 'just down the road' to games rather than flying a third around the world.Loads of us in P47
