Radiohead-OK Computer
Muse-Absolution
Elbow-all of their albums for me with the exception of Leaders of the Free World and their b-side comp, just a great, great band

Probably get slated for it, but Coldplay-A Rush of Blood to the Head is an immense album

Nearly every style of music is on there, Heavy rock, ska, music hall, love ballads, acoustic folk song, Country & Western, psych , children songs, orchestral ballad, and experimental sound sculpture, everything but the kitchen sink.
