Albums you've 're-discovered'

I can give you their album if you want; it's of no use to me anymore really. The Dykeenies were one of those bands I had to "let go of" when my girlfriend broke up with me - along with Mayday Parade, whom I miss deeply. The rest of them were pretty shit when I think about it.

Give it to Oxfam. I didn't like it! Too cheesy and poppy for my liking.

i'm going to re-discover dark side of the moon this weekend after reading this thread

going through a bit of a herbie hancock phase at the moment.

Husker Du -warehouse songs and stories
Good call, when I got it I preferred the songs written by Bob Mould so transferred them to CD. Haven't listened to the whole album for years.

Also been listening to:
Stranglers - Early stuff - Rattus, Black & White, Raven
Dylan - Blood on the tracks
Chameleons - Script of the Bridge

Got it out a few weeks back and realised what a brilliant Rock Opera it is, this and American Idiot are superb albums, whether I agree with the political tones or not.

Good shout, both excellent.
