ok my mistake cant spell wont spell ,but the fact is they will play if they are good enough no matter how old they are,denayer has been devoloped at city and celtic, so i dont get your liverpool and qpr agument

The people that bang on about giving youth players a chance in the first team are probably the same ones that go on about us overpaying for Sterling, KDB etc. In other words they care more about winning the balance sheet trophy rather than the Prem, the FA cup, or the CL trophy. Well, there are clubs out there that run to that model, and we don't need to look beyond Arsenal to see what we could expect if we followed the same model. No thanks. We're a football club on the cusp of greatness, I wouldnt want to jeopardise that for the sake of giving a kid a chance when we have the money to go out and buy the best in the world. We should leave that to the Southamptons and Evertons of this world, we have bigger fish to fry these days.
