If we were really interested in this guy, why has he not been here for a month already? It's not like he's a key player at Fiorentina as far as i'm aware? He's a Mancini target you would assume and Mancini wanted his business done as early as possible.

This guy is no where near good enough even for the subs bench. Look at our performance against Inter.
Once we add Nasri or similar how would he even get in our first team squad ? Not as good as AJ or SWP IMO. I would rather keep Weiss that bring this guy in. Macini has said he is not interested in him anyway so its a pointless discussion.

Are you just trying to convince yourself? Im not very keen on him either but i try to accept the facts. And it looks like Mancini is trying to get him to City. And add squad depth.
We wont sign this guy. I am confident of that.
I do think we will sign another wide player though as Weiss is going out on loan again and Mancini has pretty much said SWP can go.
With all the players we want to move on the over 21 first team squad is actually pretty light on numbers now.
