Alexander Isak | Cried his way to a £130m move

Tbf we had nunes, sterling, Kane (until he bottled it), mahrez and probably others I’m forgetting do similar.

If isak doesn’t push Newcastle wouldn’t sell. So I don’t blame him. It’s a short career and it’s a move where he can realistically win everything.

He is nothing like Zlatan as a person. He is a quite guy and not too cocky just believes in himself has a goos family sround him as well from what I have haeard. I have met him a few times. From what I heard he has been promised a lot by the geordies that they have not kept.

The lad over at Arsenal on the other hand is a bit of a twat.

Newcastle should threaten to throw him in the reserves for 3 years. He has 3 years left, power is with the club there. Lets see how well he does coming back at 29, 3 years with no competitive football.

Threaten that and then get him to sign a new contract with a £150m release clause.

Totally agree. I'm sick of petulant behavior dictating what was supposed to be a contract - kids whine and cry "I want out I'm not playing" and teams cave to the financial pressure- give up and the player gets rewarded---> cycle continues.

If you think you're man enough to sign a contract- you fucking honor it.

Him and his agent are shithouses as well. Won't hand in a transfer request because it affects any bonuses they get.

They should have asked for a release clause if they didn't want such a long contract with no out.

You’d need to narrow that down a bit. Can’t think of anyone associated with Arsenal who isn’t a twat.
 
Newcastles owners should toughen up and tell the dippers to fuck off! Not sending the greatest message is it that you keep selling players and missing out on replacements?

Agree, but I think the severity of the two moves is quite different. Training with your former club is pushing a point already made. I'm surprised the club let themselves be used like that tbh.

I did think this to begin with. Create market a value then sell to Saudi and use Liverpool to show it isn’t inflated.

Isak wouldn’t go there though I think.
