He sees to gets injured a lot
But they wanted a second striker anyway mate?
Agree but seems the people who bought Newcastle don’t give a shit and looks like no one there have any power at the club who they’ve employed! It’s why Howe now saying he only knows where Isak is through the media! Looks like a rudderless ship that club now!Newcastle should say 150 cash full amount no instalments
Being a pedant but it’s “foregone” conclusion not “full gone” and thinking the Dippers will be 2/3 up in games before the opposition figures them out is naive.
In relation to any transfer between any two clubs this would set a dangerous precedent. Would that make a club less desirable to sign for? Would all incoming players insist upon having release clauses? Would it unsettle the current squad if they felt they could be priced out of a future move? Would we end up with more players leaving on free transfers and signing shorter term contracts?exactly, set a price and how its paid. non negotiable!
Agree but think they’ll fold now if it looks like they getting Sesko for a reported fee of £76m Reckon Isak will go for around £115m+15m addons
Maybe Slot sees a narrower formation given hes happy to let Diaz go and seems to be buying strikers as Salahs long term replacementThis one just seems madness to me. Fair enough if they hadn’t already spunked £90m on Ekitite. But with him in the door where’s the logic in forking out £150m odd on another striker
Yeah I could be Naive but we will find out I’m either naive or you are! That’s the thing about what I’ve posted we will find out!
Supports the theory of every player is for sale if the price is right.
I think you are right about replacing Salah. If they got this over the line now it wouldn't surprise me if Salah went to Saudi before the season starts. He's probably lost a bit of pace in the last few years, but he's a clever enough player to adapt his game. 33 is old for a striker though and it's likely it will be a cliff edge rather than a steady decline when age catches up with him.Maybe Slot sees a narrower formation given hes happy to let Diaz go and seems to be buying strikers as Salahs long term replacement
A diamond of
Szoboszlai Gravenberch Mac Allister
Wirtz
Ekitike Isak
He probably knows there isnt a winger on the market who could replace Salahs output, and at 33 he needs to come up with a plan and maybe 2 goalscoring strikers is his solution
Doenst make a lot of sense but who knows, first time hes had to work with his squad not Klopps
Dippers moving to get Rodrygo now.
They're really trying to maintain last season's advantage over City. Fair play to the Scouse bastards...Dippers moving to get Rodrygo now.
I hope Madrid fuck them over good and proper.
Source ?Dippers moving to get Rodrygo now.
I agree. They'd be better off going for Rodrygo to replace Diaz. Doesn't make sense to buy both Isak and Ekitike. This one just seems madness to me. Fair enough if they hadn’t already spunked £90m on Ekitite. But with him in the door where’s the logic in forking out £150m odd on another striker.
