Very emotive subject this Brexit.

The biggest problem prior to the vote was that NOBODY (on either side of the argument) envisaged just how 'cunty' the EU would be over any break up deal.

If the EU had accepted the result with grace then maybe the deal wouldn't have been the shambles it turned in to?
Two points arise from this.

Firstly, if they were being cunty, they were merely responding in kind.

Secondly, why wasn’t it foreseeable? It was completely foreseeable by anyone who applied their minds to it. What the fuck did you expect?

The Tories need to finish someone like Johnson quickly. Otherwise, he’ll burn it all down and them with it.

Personally, I can see them trusting Johnson’s word he will stand aside. Johnson won’t stand aside. We are in for months of state paralysis and dysfunction.
I think you mean months 'more' Bob!

I doubt he will be around long

You are 100% to blame on this. Why on earth would the EU be lenient towards the UK when you decided to leave? You were one of the major partners, financially and otherwise. Imagining being able to get a better deal than the one you had was deluded beyond belief. The EU is a much larger economy and the UK so much more reliant on them than vice versa.

The world and the economy is now and forever will be global. Instead of trying to move forward and be a part of the EU, which has now become the main defender and promoter of democracy, you decided to try to reverse time and only thunk about yourself.

The UK deserves absolutely everything coming at it. Just a shame all the reasonable, and mostly young, people are suffering for it as well.
We have brought all this upon ourselves. No one else is to blame.

Surely if he remains for another few months, it's not only going to harm the country but will further damage his own party in the process.
What he wants is to get through to the recess, end of next week. Then can continue playing PM over the summer. Gets to live in the flat, chequers etc.

I suspect that given the shit show of yesterday and continuing questions many in the party will keep pushing. Trying to get an interim in. Do they want him to face PMQ's next week? Do they want him playing action man over the summer. As you say it would be hugely damaging - he doesn't care. But others will.

Labour should hold off on any vote - Let them stew in their own boiling piss.

Not sure what all the celebration is about, I don't give a flying fuck if he is the leader of the conservative party or not. I want him out of a position where his economy with the truth, and lapses of memory are no longer dragging this countries institutions including the NHS into the ground.
