Any electoral pact would mean conservatives standing aside in some seats. No conservative party would ever allow that to happen . No pact will mean a Tories (and some Labour) leaking votes to the Brexit party leading to Conservative and the odd Labour seats falling to Liberals, Labour SNP. I don't think the BP will win many seats so parliament will be more hung than ever.
