We need skimmers and of that I do not digress but our submarine squadron is enough to install fear in the most hardened of aggressors. We could do much better but not under a Labour government but this does not admonish or excuse the conservatives failure of duty in creating the mess of leaving an island nation insufficiently tasked to carry out it's primary duties..
