This so called deal he's brilliantly and successfully negotiated is typical Johnson. 12 months ago the liar assured the nation that we had an 'oven ready' deal when, for the following 11 months it was still iced up in the freezer.

The brinkmanship is also typical of Johnson. He could probably have got this deal or something very similar to it months ago but the showman in him let negotiations drag on and deadlines pass until he pulls an eleventh hour deal out of the hat which he can be triumphalistic about and which leaves no time for it to be debated and picked to pieces because of the time scale involved and the relief at averting a no deal Brexit.
