Whilst, as you say, the media around her is driven by the virtue of her age, sex and ethnicity (also driven by Justice Democrats), her stepping back of her firebrand that got her there is, now, overlooked.
I find it odd that she had been brow beaten into submission by being ignored by Pelosi for positions on committees to teach her to bend the knee and she did so, Mamma Bear-ing her way to voting 'present' on the Iron Dome vote, when her firebrand self would have said 'no'.
That's how much she's shifted as an example.

You can scream whatever you want, and push that agenda, but politics, esp in the House, where there are over 400 other VOTING members, requires you to support & advocate (as strongly as possible, even if it is behind closed doors) your positions, but even a noob like AOC understands reality.
