More than likely just nonsense paper talk, but I'm interested how people would feel if we went for him now.

He's probably more likely to end up with Juve, but still just transfer talk all the same.

Apart from his first few months at Barca he's been pretty terrible. Obviously still got the talent, i'm not sure City would be the right place for him to rediscover his confidence.

if he was Mancini's #1 target 2 summers ago, and Mancini is still here, plus the executives that were at Barca but now at City, kind of makes sense, wouldn't be the first talented player to not settle at Barcelona.
