why would Juve want Nani when they can have Sanchez?

Sanchez is more expensive. If there is a bidding war, Juve would not be able to compete with other big clubs. Besides, they would be unwilling to spend 25~30 mil on one single player.

Hold my hands up, never heard of the lad which isn't surprising as he's only made 10 or so appearances. Thought they were referring to Sanchez and that is was his adopted nickname or something. Read that much made up rubbish these days guess I jumped the gun a bit.

What 56 page dossier on man city system is he talking about?

A while back, our former technical director Mike Rigg was telling all the press about our fabulous scouting system, which involved us putting together considerable dossiers on all aspects regarding potential targets. Presumably by way of an example, Rigg or someone else at the club showed the press the one we put together when Sanchez was our major target in 2011.

If Sanchez could sustain form more akin to last night's performance, he would be a welcome addition to our squad but only if Barca take a hit on his purchase price and definitely not in any kind of swap for Vinnie.
