Alexis Sanchez

Even factoring in rotation still don't see enough games for everyone if we added him and only lost Navas, Kelechi, and Nolito from our attacking options. Aguero would probably have to leave. IMO

Likely to play 60 plus games next season. Injuries, suspensions and players needing rest will mean we require another striker/winger. KDB and Sterling played 47/48 games and looked it at times towards the end. For the front 3 or 4 positions we have Aguero, Jesus, Sane and Sterling as it stands, possibly Bernardo to cover, although I think he's better as the number 10. I think we need one more personally, Sanchez would be amazing and could play anywhere upfront in various formations

I really don't think you can use rotation as an excuse to squeeze in yet another attacker. If we didn't sign Silva then yeah I'd get it but there is no way Pep can keep everyone happy if we also get Sanchez. For one Sanchez is incredibly fit and could and would probably demand to play the majority of the games, Aguero won't be happy playing second fiddle, Sane, Jesus and Sterling would need games for their development and the two Silva's are too good to leave out too often. It just doesn't work.

Plus we have a GK, full backs, midfielder and possibly a CB to buy and Sanchez would be an expensive buy. The only possible way I can see it happening is if we sold Aguero but he's staying.

I saw it before Silva, because I could see Pep giving Sterling a rotation role, but I cant see it anymore. Just my take.

Here's a question.

Is he the best player in the world who's actually available?

You would have to say so.

With only one year left on his contract someone could get a bargain because if he had 2 or 3 years left I reckon he would have a £60m-£70m fee on his head.

Indeed, that's why Bayern is way more likely

Maybe, but I don't see Bayern paying ridiculous money for a player who only has one year left on his contract.

Plus, apparently they also have this issue to deal with:

Two teams, midfield and attack

Fabinho, Gundongan, D Silva
Silva B, Kun, Sane

Yaya, Dinho, KdB
Sterling, Jesus, Roberts

If we sign Sanchez we are virtually saying we won't promote anyone from within.

We already have a ridiculous number of creative, attacking players when compared with our rivals.

Unfortunately that report is obviously BS.

You just need to look at the numbers. Arsenal giving him £22m a year??? £423,000 a week? Arsenal???

No chance.

On top of that, we all know Sanchez's reason for moving is he wants to win trophies. He's not going to refuse a contract from Bayern worth £270,000 a week (That's €16m a year figure the tweet says Bayern have offered), a wage packet that would make him one of the top 20 highest paid players in the world with a guarantee of winning trophies because he wants more money.
