Can't imagine Pep is too happy if we miss out on the priority signing, he'd have been an absolute key figure for us. Really not sure what alternatives there are, some are suggesting Aubameyang but according to Dortmund's CEO he's no longer on the market, and even then he's far from as effective on the wing as he is centrally.

Sanchez was always a bit of a wishful signing, at least this window, but it's hard to deny that we need someone like him in the squad, it's especially worrying to me that we're likely to lose out on both of the 'winner mentality' targets.

He's still in Chile apparently. If he goes to PSG then we should be all in for Dembele, a huge talent capable of playing in all the forward positions.

Bit shit if he has chosen PSG but at least he is leaving the league if it isn't to City. We don't desperately need a player in that position but if we want to compete in all comps, I do feel Pep will buy another forward unless Bernardo Silva/Jesus are used as back up wingers when/if not playing centrally. There could be a chance Foden fills in for the cups.
