I think FFP might have prevented us doing those deals even if the players would have come to City then.

Very possibly true, but if you are Sanchez and you have the opportunity to take one last big move, go to a club that will be playing for silverware every year and working with Pep again wouldn't you take that over sticking with the arse?

Would be a no brainer to me, but then again I can never remove my blue tinted specs ;)
