I agree with you that nobody on Earth is immune on mistakes but it's the average of good decisions that make gaps between good or bad judgers. I also understand our current policy to sell with buy back clauses those that hopefully will be in horse racing terms improvers.

In other words we have removed the need to try them out at PL level.

My point is still that unless they leave City we will be very lucky to get a player who is certaIn to reach even PL level.

The difference is Sanchez has more ambition than Arsenal as a whole. he wants to win the champions league. Arsenal are a selling club and it's as simple as that. Probabaly not a common opinion but quite honestly im not arsed if we sign him or not. Yeh he'd do well but id rather us keep hold of Roberts and start blooding the kids.

I wish we fans could be a little more patient with youth. Take a look at Madrid, now that they are doing well they can blood in top drawer youngsters. There was a time however when they were under immense pressure to deliver and so couldn't afford to do this. The same applies to us. We need to take the pressure off our backs a little and then it'll be easier to get the young ones to shine with us.
