No, but Sanchez can say that I go only to city or I go for free in the summer. If arsenal have decided they will sell then Sanchez does hold the cards to an extent.

When Sanchez went to Barca years ago we offered more but he refused to sign for us or anyone else so Barca got him for a lower fee.
