Eventually all will be revealed on the City website if it is true but until then we speculate away relying on those who are in the know, those who think they are in the know and WUM's. Then of course we have the media who are just looking for a story that can fit into their skewed view of both City and Arsenal.

In fact come to think of it the media are the opposite of City PR. They invent stories whereas our PR department simply get paid to say nothing.
