City left it too late? It was known all summer that Sanchez wanted out and City wanted him. Arsenal left it too late to find a replacement and come to the negotiating table.

sly sports news still saying that arsenal have offered 92m for Lemar and that Monacos position has "softened" (i.e. they are willing to sell)

However also still saying that Sanchez move relies on this.....

Not sure how much to believe tbh as it all seems very choreographed just for the Deadline day show on SSN
