We didn't leave it late, though, they did. We likely put in a bid awhile ago but it is just being reported now as we re-engaged after Sanchez began to agitate more vigiourously given the late hour. Who knows what occurred up till now but I have a hard time believing our first contact for this deal was this morning.

It wasn't this morning, official bid was rejected 2 days ago.
