yes, we will be much better with Sanchez, seeing as he knows how to score goals. Our players haven't been good enough to win the title the last 3 seasons, and the start so far is hardly encouraging.

Months wasted due to both sides posturing. Sorry .. seems that way.

Arsenal keeping a very unhappy player because they can't get a replacement is ridiculous. Sanchez still won't play for them.

Arsenal never wanted a replacement. Bid has not been rejected. He will still be a City player before the window shuts. All that has happened is Arsenal have bid for someone and can spin to the media that they could not turn down our offer and did not have time for a replacement. Same every fucking year.
 
Arsenal knew the bid was coming. Plenty of time to make arrangements for replacements.

So I don't buy all this.

We'll up our bid late in the day. They'll accept and take the plaudits as tough negotiators. They won't have the time to get a replacement in so will put the money in the bank instead. Like they always wanted.

At least I think thats how it will play out.

Or Arsenal could just be idiots who blew a £60m payday.
