Arsenal fans on Reddit praying for us to get a transfer ban so that they can keep Sanchez. Even though the ban (which looks ridiculously unlikely) wouldn't come into effect until January.

Anyone who claims Arsenal care about fan backlash is talking shit, and it's reeks of saying stuff to keep your audience happy or just plain denial.
However I also think any "ITK" who says they're never wrong is full of shit, because everyone knows that even the most reliable get things wrong, there's just so many moving parts and weird permutations, so the other guy is also a bullshitter.

That Sanchez thread on Arsenal Mania's transfer forum is incredible...they all seem to "know" Arsenal wouldn't sell unless abroad, "sell to Bayern for 30m since they can't afford the wages" hahahaha that's not how you're supposed to sell pal!

I understand their being upset about losing their best player to a club they have a history of selling to, but don't come out and say you know he's staying or act like keeping him against his will and losing out on 50m is "what's best for the club" -- No it's not, it's what's best for the fans when talking footy with their mates that support other teams! What's best for the club is absolutely to make 50m on a sale rather than losing him for nothing next season.
