£50 mil Sanchez £40 Mil CL that's a big hit I don't see how keeping him achieves anything they risk Sanchez joining us anyway on a freeman next season I think they will sell.

It's a knock on effect. Arsenal will miss out on top 4 again without him unless Arsenal somehow sign significant players which I don't see happening. Sell Sanchez and spend more on Belotti no doubt.

There is no way they sell Sanchez and sit back they will reinvest they missed out this year with Sanchez.

IMO having him in Arsenal's dressing room next season is a recipe for disaster. If I was a board member there I would be far more concerned about that than the 50 million.

Which makes you think he wouldn't betray their trust...unless he's been told he can say something?

It's nothing new for Romero, he's often the first to break Guardiola transfers. Last year it was Sane, Stones, Jesus and Nolito, but he did the same at Bayern too.

IMO it's no coincidence he met/interviewed Pep yesterday and it appears he was given a green light. I can't think why he'd use the terminology "in a few days" otherwise, as there's no impetus on him to limit what is already a breaking story.

Edited my above post, I see them spending more on an inferior player to replace Sanchez. I think Arsenal are fucked without champions league football
