The abuse he gets is laughable, totally unwarranted and a complete joke but the bolded part is ridiculous. Has absolutely nothing to do with his race. He'd get the same abuse if he were white,

I don't hate Sterling I just don't rate him as a player...........in my opinion he will go on to have a similar career to Walcott and never nail down a regular starting spot(lets hope I am wrong)

I think tonight showed everyone sterlings worth, fans of different clubs across the country asking for Sterling and then why he wasn't playing. And then he comes on and does that.

I still can't see this happening, but it's looking like it could. Arsenal is in a bit of a shit situation. No one outside of England will pay his wage demands and obviously arsenal don't want to sell him to a rival, but the alternative is letting him leave on a free next year.
