I think that is true to an extent but it is nowhere near the same as someone at the same club earning 400k. There are already players at united earning far more as a basic wage than City players currently but we have still been able to keep our wage structure the way we want it and use performance bonuses rather than offer basic wages as high as united's.What we pay our players doesn't make a difference to the agent.
If KDBs agent knows what Sanchez can earn whilst in the PL, he will still demand similar. Also, it's more about the financial package a player receives rather than what they earn per week. You can bet your last pound that when all money is factored in, signing fee, bonuses etc, that KDB will be much closer to £400,000 a week than what he is reportedly currently earning. As will most of our top earners.
