I agree and I am not laughing as I have also thought Mahrez would suit us perfectly as well a much improved version of Nasri.

Not happening for any of them IMO maybe except for Maguire in the summer for local quota reasons.

He is perfect for the Chumps League as well.
Vardy would be alright as a stop gap for 18 months, I'd definitely have Mahrez - think he'd flourish in our team. Maguire wouldn't be too bad, we could certainly do much worse. Not Okazaki though, not good enough IMO.

I found it very interesting that Wenger stated in his post-match press conference yesterday that "Sanchez could have gone yesterday or today". This to me indicates Utd and Arsenal most likley agreed a deal and Sanchez was on standby hence, he didn't play. Something has triggered the delay and it may well be City asking Sanchez to hang on to see if they can come up with something (reported meeting arranged between Pep, Soriano, Txiki today).

Wenger also stated "It will likely happen in next 48 hours but it is a bit difficult for him". Is Sanchez still undecided or is he hanging on to his preference of playing for Pep??

Possibly clutching at straws here.

Had a flutter on him going to the scum at 5/6 this morning so if he comes to us then great, if not, I've earn't a bit of pocket money :-)

Homegrown. We need someone rapid over five yards across the front post.

Sergio hangs out, but I think a player such as Vardy would take more advantage of our constant pull-backs.

With Ederson's ability to also kick long, it would also be a very useful tactic for keeping teams high when they have a corner or set piece situation?

For the record, Vardy has a face I would love to banjo, but I think he could be a Bellamy-type signing for us, which is what we need in this moment, not a summer superstar.

and the constant criticism levelled at Kun for not marrying both aspects of what Pep wants him to do? How will Vardy's 58% pass completion fit into that. We can't just bring him on for goal-kicks and Sane pull-backs.

go support Leicester then. Would love to see Vardy's "link-up" play and Okazaki...

Go support Leicester?

Shall I support Barcelona too because I quite like the look of that Messi lad.

Vardy's link-up play could be a major surprise, because he already likes to give and go, which would certainly suit some of our passing in behind from the No.10 positions.

Okazaki is a title winner and a Duracell bunny to boot, with sound technique. Fernandinho needs help right now.

I see you didn't rubbish Maguire ;)
