Anyone else think city have played this great and it is still very possible he will accept the previous offer that was put out last summer, only using united et Al as a bluff.. interesting to see what happens. He mighnt of had any interest in united at all. at this point i just want him to sign with someone and be all put to bed and we can concentrate on what position s can be strengthened.
Certainly dithering over signing for United looks that way.

And the best part is that he could have had a new contract at Arsenal if all he wanted was money. He didn't, he wanted to be part of a team that was challenging for and winning trophies which he knew he couldn't get at Arsenal. Now all he has done is painted himself into a corner whereby either he swallows his pride, eats humble pie and licks up his own spit by crawling back to city on the terms agreed this summer or he goes to them where he will get more money but he will be just as unhappy, as he was at Arsenal or even unhappier because he wont get to play the free flowing football that he loves. The only club that could give him everything he craved, give or take the odd million, was City, unfortunately he got too smart for his own good and fucked it up. All in my opinion, of course.

Thats my thinking now, and i will add that he can fuck off to united as well

I honestly dont really want him now, that wasnt the case last summer, but this has shown his true colours and greed over everything else we were led to believe
He's either a greedy f*cker, or wants to feel like he's top dog, which makes him a needy f*cker. Either way, I'm not sure he's right for us, now.

The problem in the summer was Arsenal. Whether they just fucked up or played us, they said they wouldn’t sell until they had a replacement, then didn’t land one.

Look Arsenal's transfer dealings are crap. Always have been. If they'd got off of their arse and signed Lemar for £75m when they could have done early on, they could have let Sanchez go. But having failed with a last minute daft £93m bid they had to keep Sanchez otherwise the Arsenal board would have been hanging from lampposts on Holloway Road.
