Fine on paper, but the quality of that attack won't necessarily override the frailties of that defence, and is the defence that will be worked on first over the next couple of windows.

Alexis will get what he wants at Arsenal. As a few posters have said we need to spend our whole budget at the next 2 or 3 transfer windows on defenders - that's how we'll improve the team.

Only stones out of that back 4 should get anywhere near the first 11 on a regular basis next season ......
Kolarov - absolute liability...one of th most overrated players of the new generation
Ota - just dives in too much and too erratic
Sagna - ok defensively but doesn't offer what pep wants going forward
